Before we get into the advance functions. Using our audio conferencing is really simple.

First open the bridge. Dial 1800 945 187 or click here for a full list of local and international dial in numbers.
Follow the voice prompts i.e. enter your conference (host) passcode followed by the # key.
Now wait for your guests to arrive.

Follow the voice prompts i.e. enter the guest code number followed by the # key.
You’re now on in the call.

There a number of functions you can activate or disconnect during your bridge. See a list of features below.

Dial code	What will occur when you dial
*0	Dial to speak to an operator assistance representative.
4#	Guests, use this to mute your own line.
5#	Guests, this is how you unmute your line.
99#	Hosts, use this to mute all guests on the call.
88#	Hosts, use this to unmute all your guests on the call.
6#	Locks the bridge so only your invited guests can join the call.
7#	Opens a locked bridge so others can dial in to the call.
999#	The conference will provide a tone-only count of everyone on the call.
