Program Structure.
Our Career Acceleration Program offers two distinct pathways: Tech and Customer Service. You will start as a graduate with an opportunity to continue in an accelerated development phase after completing our 2-year Graduate Program.

Our Graduate Program runs for 2 years. Once you’ve successfully completed it, you’ll have the opportunity to move into our Accelerated Development phase, where you can focus on a specialty that excites you.
We’re hiring all year round! Since we don’t have set start dates, we recruit based on current availability. If you spot the role advertised, we encourage you to apply right away!
Any time! We’re always looking for passionate graduates to join our team, so keep an eye out for openings.
- You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- You must have completed your studies and be able to work full-time
- You’re either based in Sydney, or ready to relocate
- For our technical pathway, you’ll need an IT-related degree; for the Customer Service pathway, any non-IT university degree is great
Once you apply, our recruitment team will review your CV and schedule a quick 15-minute phone call to discuss your application. After that, there are two in-person interviews and a short online personality test.
