Our Career Acceleration Program.

We’ll invest in your professional development with at least 1 fully funded industry recognised accreditation every 6 months.

We’ll develop a 10-year career plan together with promotion opportunities every 2 years to recognise your progress.

Program Structure.

Our Career Acceleration Program offers two distinct pathways: Tech and Customer Service. You will start as a graduate with an opportunity to continue in an accelerated development phase after completing our 2-year Graduate Program.

Customer Service & Delivery Pathway.

Customer Service Professional

Support customers during challenging times with the latest technology. Provide solutions to resolve queries and restore services, setting the foundation for your future career path.

Service Pathway:

Associate Service Delivery Manager

Manage smaller accounts and ensure service delivery excellence, becoming a key contact for escalations.

Service Delivery Manager

Oversee operational relationships with larger customer portfolios, driving satisfaction and operational success.

State Service Manager

Lead and inspire a team of service professionals across a region, managing high-value accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Sales Pathway:

Inside Sales Representative

Build foundational sales skills while managing smaller accounts, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and driving customer engagement.

Client Development Manager

Drive growth and develop customer relationships, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.

Client Development Executive

Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, strategically partnering with clients to achieve sales and satisfaction targets.

Client Director

Lead enterprise-level accounts, working closely with internal teams to deliver strategic outcomes and drive business growth.

Tech Pathway.

Technical Service Professional

Provide hands-on technical support across data, voice, and security technologies, while gaining experience with Macquarie Telecom’s platforms and customer solutions.

Technical Service Engineer

Support and maintain a range of technologies across data, voice, and security, ensuring optimal customer service and performance.

Customer Delivery Engineer

Collaborate with customers to implement designs and provision projects, validating, implementing, and testing solutions for seamless delivery.

Core Network Engineer

Plan, design, and develop world-class solutions for core infrastructure and customer needs.

Solutions Architect

Design and scope technical solutions, providing expertise and leadership during the sales and delivery lifecycle.

Program Eligibility.

University graduate with a passion for technology and customer service, ready to learn and grow with us.

IT-related degree for technical pathway, any non-IT degree for the Customer Service pathway.

Based in Sydney, Australia or willing to relocate.

Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Our Graduate Program runs for 2 years. Once you’ve successfully completed it, you’ll have the opportunity to move into our Accelerated Development phase, where you can focus on a specialty that excites you.

We’re hiring all year round! Since we don’t have set start dates, we recruit based on current availability. If you spot the role advertised, we encourage you to apply right away!

Any time! We’re always looking for passionate graduates to join our team, so keep an eye out for openings.

  • Permanent Resident
  • You must have completed your studies and be able to work full-time
  • You’re either based in Sydney, or ready to relocate
  • For our technical pathway, you’ll need an IT-related degree; for the Customer Service pathway, any non-IT university degree is great
