Fixed LineFixed line, also known as, landline telephone refers to a phone that use fibre optic telephone line for transmission of voice and data communications. A fixed line can be hard wired or cordless in fixed locations. Fixed lines are separate from the mobile phone network, by which, end users are connected to the network via wireless transmission technologies.
Fixed WirelessRefers to the operation of wireless devices in fixed locations such as homes and offices to enable data communications between the two sites. Fixed wireless devices usually derive their electrical power from the utility mains, unlike mobile wireless devices. It uses a directional radio antenna on each end of the signal. Their beam is narrow as possible to transmit power to their destination, increasing reliability and reducing the chance of eavesdropping.
Fixed Wireless EthernetFixed wireless networks use extended-range wireless networking technology to deliver broadband data connectivity at a speed of up to 1Gbps (billions of bits per second). The client is connected to the network through a radio transceiver, which is wired into the customer's LAN using a standard cat 5 Ethernet cable. The technology only requires the installation of a transceiver, rather than a physical connection to a terrestrial network, set-up costs are often much lower.
Fixed Wireless InternetFixed wireless broadband is a type of high-speed Internet access where connections to service providers use radio signals rather than cables. Fixed wireless broadband utilises transmission towers that communicate with each other and with the subscriber's location. Subscribers install transceiver equipment on their building to communicate with the fixed wireless ground stations.

Office TelephoneIs a multiline telephone system used in business environments. Office telephone systems are widely classified into key telephone systems and private branch exchanges. Multiline telephones are designed for small office settings where an answering machine is present. Phone branch exchange (PBX) systems work by automating the process of forwarding calls with a prerecorded message. PBX are suited for large businesses that need to digitally forward multiple calls across departments

SDWANSoftware-defined wide area network (SDWAN) is an approach to deploying an enterprise wide area network (WAN) that uses software-defined networking technology (SDN) which are used to connect enterprise networks including data centres over large geographic distances. SDWAN transfers traffic monitoring and management from physical devices to the software, utilising an SDN’s flexibility.
SIP TrunkingSession Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking is the use of voice over IP (VoIP) to facilitate the connection of a private branch exchange (PBX) to the Internet. One of the most significant advantages of SIP trunking is its ability to combine data, voice and video in a single line, eliminating the need for separate physical media for each mode. Video ConferencingA video conference is a live, visual connection between two or more people residing in separate locations for the purpose of communication. Video conferencing provides transmission of static images and text between two locations. It provides transmission of full-motion video images and high-quality audio between multiple locations.

WANA wide area network (WAN) is a telecommunications network or computer network that extends over a large geographical distance that interconnects multiple local area networks (LAN). WAN may consist of a connection to main facilities, offices, cloud services and other facilities. This mode of telecom allows a business to effectively do its operations regardless of location.
Web ConferencingWeb conferencing enables the real-time sharing of computer screens, individual applications or web-based content among two or more computers or mobile devices. Web conferencing platforms may be internet based and delivered via software as a service (SaaS) or may run within enterprise data centres in an on-premises delivery model.
